About Cardiosalsa CardioSalsa is aan exercise class designed by Hilary to combine salsa
steps and music with an aerobics-class format, making it easy for students
to be able to learn and dance salsa steps to quick music, much more easily
than they do in a regular partner-dance format. it is the speed and non-stop
nature of the class which gives the cardiovascular workout of the kind you
don't get with a regular salsa class, where focus is on leading and following.
If you have never danced before, cardiosalsa will enable you
to have fun learning salsa steps in a non-pressurised environment (i.e. without
a partner). For those of you already dancing salsa, it will give you the opportunity
to focus on learning shines and styling, and to improve your timing. All of
this is within the context of a good workout!
